Artist Statement

My creative work includes work with photos, backgrounds, graphics, textures, 3d designs and more media. I like to explore histories, stories, dreams, and life as it is. I use my artwork to tell a story, it could be something that I have seen, heard, read, or it is just in my mind. It could be fantasy, fairytale, history or today’s news. Sometimes I do work for others but I use my own style to do the work.

It has always been creative in my backbones & I remember when I was a little boy, I was always drawing & when I got my first camera I was taking photos of everything. Then I got into video & editing business, colour correction and motion graphics. I have been working there in the television field.

When I create art, I often listen to music & it will stimulate my mind and I can focus more on what I am working on. I did find out that different music change how I create different artwork. To clear my mind I sometimes go for a walk or hike into the mountains. I sometimes start just with the colour themes or one photo & work from there. On the other hand I sometimes plan everything in front and use all of my skills, textures and materials to do what I have planned to create.
